Returns

As all our products are handmade, we currently do not accept returns unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • A return request must be made within 3 days of receiving the product.
  • You must provide photo or video proof of the damage or the wrong item received.

Refunds

Refunds are issued only in the following cases:

  • The product received is damaged or defective.
  • You received the wrong item.

Once we receive your return request and verify the issue, we will process your refund. The refund will be made to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • We do not offer refunds for a change of mind.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer exchanges. If your product is damaged or incorrect, we will either replace it or refund your payment.
